The shipping cost will vary depending on your zone.

WHERE ARE SHIPMENTS MADE?

We ship to Spain, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We ship to the European Union.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

In Spain the delivery time of the orders is from 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination.

In the European Union the delivery time for orders is 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

We use a private transport company to ensure that you receive your package within the estimated timeframe and in perfect condition.

Our shipments go out every day of the week except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link for your peace of mind.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT AT HOME WHEN THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED?

You don't have to worry about this. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will contact you by phone to arrange a new delivery date and time.

IMPORTANT! We will not pay additional shipping if there is a failed delivery, in case the package is returned to us, the charge must be paid by the customer.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

An email will be sent to you with the tracking number of your order once the delivery process has started.
